Ronald McLaughlin Obituary

Ronald H. McLaughlin, age 76, of Wautoma, passed away Saturday evening, January 12, 2019 at Silver Lake Manor in Wautoma.

He was born July 31, 1942 in Elkhorn, Wisconsin the son of Wade and Ruby (Rozell) McLaughlin.

He served his country in the United States Army.  After being honorably discharged Ron went into farming first with a beef operation and eventually owning his own dairy farm in Pittsville, WI. He retired as a truck driver from Plainfield Trucking.

He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and was always ready to share a story and tell a quick joke.

He is survived by his children, Matthew (Kim) McLaughlin, Middleton, WI., Melissa (Jim) Koepke, Plainfield, WI., Rhonda (Luke) Graumann, Beaver Dam, WI., Jason W. (Melinda) McLaughlin, Babock, WI, eight grandchildren and numerous great-great grandchildren; his sister, Lucille “Lou” Baumeister, Rochester, WI.; further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Stahl Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Inurnment will be in the Spiritland Cemetery in the spring.  Visitation will be held on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.  Please visit www.stahlfuneralhome.com for online condolences or to share a message with Ron’s family.
