Charlotte Ann (Ellis) Marshall

Charlotte Ann Marshall, age 92, of Plainfield formerly of Hancock, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Wild Rose Manor.

She was born April 19, 1926 in Adams County, the daughter of Harley and Audrey (Bender) Ellis.  She married Russell R. Marshall on April 2, 1944 in Coloma.

Charlotte was a member of the Hancock United Church of Christ since 1957 where she served on the church council for several years.  She also served many years on the Deerfield Cemetery.  Charlotte and Russell loved to dance and spend time with family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Russell R. Marshall, Plainfield; her children, Judy Ward, Plainfield, Darrell (Judy) Marshall, Waukesha, Karen Neal, Hancock, Lloyd Marshall, Plainfield; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; her son-in-law, Andrew Jeffery, Plainfield; sister Pearl McLaughlin of Westfield and her brother, Robert Ellis of Fond du lac; further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many special friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son James Marshall two daughters, Jen Marshall and Donna Jeffery; sons-in-law, Robert Ward and Archie Neal.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Stahl Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Burial will be in the Plainfield Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. Saturday until the time of services at the funeral home.  To share your online condolences with the family, please visit www.stahlfuneralhome.com
