Dolores J. (Woyach) Engel

Dolores J. Engel, age 80, of rural Hancock, passed away peacefully Sunday morning, May 19, 2024 at Stevens Point Health Services.

She was born April 30, 1944 in Milwaukee the daughter of Leo and Elsie (Scherf) Woyach.  She married Bruce R. Engel on October 20, 1999 in Adams County.

Dolores loved the outdoors, especially feeding and watching birds and wildlife on their property.  When she wasn’t watching birds, she enjoyed reading and putting puzzles together.

She is survived by her husband, Bruce Engel, Hancock; her stepchildren, Sarah (Mike) Stoll, Hartland and Matthew (Teresa) Engel, Wisconsin Rapids; her sister, Patricia Sigrist, Racine; further survived by numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, five sisters and one brother.
