Dolores A. Kostuchowski

Dolores A. Kostuchowski, age 95, formerly of Chicago, of the Town of Rome, passed away peacefully on Wednesday morning, February 25, 2026, at Silver Lake Manor in Wautoma.

She was born on August 19, 1930, in Chicago, the daughter of Frank and Anne (Cichon) Musielewicz. She married Richard A. Kostuchowski on August 22, 1953, in Chicago. He preceded her in death on September 21, 2015.

Dolores is survived by her three children, Richard (Terry) Kostuchowski, Cheryl “Cookie” (Patrick) Grande, and Joseph (Mary Lynn) Kostuchowski; four grandchildren, Richard (Amanda) Kostuchowski, Corey (Shawn) O’Neill, Ryan (Demetria) Grande, and Phillip Kostuchowski; two great-grandchildren, Politimi and Rylee; two brothers, Wayne (Mary) Mankowski and Roger Mankowski; a sister-in-law, Gloria Musielewicz; and further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her husband Richard, she was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Musielewicz; her sisters, Gloria Kocon and Diane Peka; her brother-in-law, John Kocon; and her sister-in-law, Sandy Mankowski.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Stahl Funeral Home, Plainfield. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 6, at the funeral home and from 10:00 a.m. Saturday until the time of services. Dolores will be laid to rest next to her husband in Spring Branch Cemetery, Town of Rome, Adams County, Wisconsin.
