John W. Groskreutz

John W. Groskreutz, age 65, of Wautoma, passed away peacefully, Wednesday morning, March 11, 2026.

He was born December 24, 1960 in Wild Rose, the son of Harvey and Beverly (Ernst) Groskreutz.

John was a graduate of Wautoma High School and later went to work for Flegner Farms of Wild Rose, Del Monte Foods in Plover, Heartland Farm, Hancock and most recently for Jim Daye Farms in Wautoma. John was a kind man that enjoyed conversations with anyone he met and took pride in transporting the local Amish to their destinations. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting.

He is survived by his brother, Dave(special friend, Barb Siebert) Groskreutz; his special friend, Sara (Renato) Bargaehr; further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parent and a brother, Robert Groskreutz.

A Memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 3:00 pm at Crossroad Family Church, Wautoma. Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm until time of services at the church.
