Patricia L. Schultz

Patricia L Schultz, age 86, left this world peacefully on August 20, 2026 at her home in Neshkoro, WI surrounded by loved ones.

She was born in Chicago, IL on May 18, 1940, the daughter of James & Elynor (Stoecker) Machacek and later lived in Cicero & Berwyn, IL. She worked for Western Electric for many years then AT&T as an Administrative Assistant and retired in 2001 when she and her spouse, the late Donald, moved permanently to their lake house in Neshkoro, WI which they had purchased in 1987 as a summer home and enjoyed spending time during their semi-retirement years. Her family was the most important thing in her life and she enjoyed spending time with them, especially her grandchildren.

Her caring nature & quick humor touched countless lives. She danced thru life with a bright spirit & a warm heart. She loved to dance, especially her signature dance to “Wipeout”. She enjoyed the Casino bus trips as well. She was a fantastic listener and an amazing storyteller. There was just something about her that was so genuine and she will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her daughters, Laura (Chester) Cairo & Jodi (James) DiNardo, her grandchildren, James (Jaye), Romano, Donny (Kim) & Gianna and her great grandchildren, Valentina & Vittoria. Siblings, J Michael Machacek (Mike Feebs) and Lynne Saluzzo. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws & friends.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, James R. & Elynor B. Machacek, her husband, Donald G Schultz & her sister, Noreen Gaedele.

To honor Patricia’s wishes, private memorial services will be held at a later date.
