Barbara A. Doman

Barbara Annyne Doman age 69 passed away peacefully Saturday morning June 6th, 2020 at Willow
Brooke Assisted living, Her Daughter Dawn was beside her during her last hours. Barb struggled for
many years of illness before her time of death.
Born December 18th 1950 in the city of Milwaukee, Wi daughter of Wallace Henry Doman and Helen
Lorraine (nee Springborn) Saurebei. She comes from a large family of 10 children. She lived in
Milwaukee, WI where she met her former husband James F Nigh they married and moved to
Plainfield Wi in 1979 they had 4 children. Barbara worked various jobs during her life while being a
mom and housewife. She taught her children to never give up on anything, she was always there for
her children. She enjoyed cooking, baking, sewing, doing crossword puzzles and planting a garden and
attending church.
She is survived by her children Dawn (Glenn) Sandberg, Lewis Nigh, Geneva Elaine White.
Grandchildern Cody Bennette, Nicole Bennette, Cynthia (Jeff) Higgins, Brandon (Samie) Czlapinski,
Connor Nigh, Mckenna Nigh, Keith White. Great Grandchildren Max, Liam, Elijah Higgins and Brantley
Czlapinski. Her siblings Roger Sauerbei, Diana (Gerald) Brocard, Wallace Doman Jr, Deborah (Young)
Park, Carla (Michael) Brzezinski, Kenneth Doman. And many nieces and nephews, and Special friends
Tom and Gail Guadette.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Robert Sauerbei, Jameson Doman, Karl
Doman, And her child Jodi Lynn Bennette.
Memorial Service will be held for her on July 4th, 2020 at 2pm at her daughter Dawn’s home in
Almond, Wi. To celebrate her life and remember her life by planting a tree.
The family would like to thank the staff at Willow Brooke assisted living and the Heartland Hospice for
their loving care for Barb in her final hours.
