Justin D. Ida

Justin D. Ida, age 20, of Wautoma, formerly of Wild Rose, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday afternoon, June 9, 2018 as a result of a motorcycle accident in the Town of Springwater, Waushara County.

He was born June 4, 1998 in Stevens Point, the son of Mark and Victoria “Tori” (Wallner) Ida.

Justin was a 2016 graduate of Wild Rose High School where he participated in football, basketball and track.  He was a fun-loving kid that enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.  Justin’s sense of humor is what his family and friends will remember the most.  His smile lit up a room and his tender heart touch the lives of many.  Justin loved snowmobiling, motorcycling and hanging with friends. He was currently employed at Faith Technologies as an apprentice electrician.  He was also a member of the Wild Rose Fire Department.

He is survived by his parents, Mark Ida, Hancock; his mother, Victoria “Tori” Ida, Wautoma; his brother and best friend, Greg Ida, Wautoma; his maternal grandmother, Myra (Cal) Zwetz, Hancock; his maternal grandfather, Warren (Lia) Wallner, Plainfield; his canine companion, Auggie; his uncles, Brian (Friday) Wallner, Al (Kim) Romo and Rick (Cindy) Ida, Stephanie (Charles) Griffen, Nathanial (Cassie) DeGroff, Amanda (Nathanial) Retzleff; his stepfather, Scott (Tonya) Pudil; special friends, Bret Chown, Brooke Chown and Chelsea (Jordan) Chown; step grandmother, Pastor Freddy Arveda (Harry) Kirk; further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins other relatives and many special friends.

  He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Phyllis (Art) Steele and Richard Ida and uncle, Rex Ida.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Stahl Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Justin will be laid to rest in the Plainfield Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Stahl Funeral Home and from 9:30 a.m. Thursday until the time of services at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers a memorial will be established in Justin’s name.  To share your condolences or a special story with Justin’s family please visit, www.stahlfuneralhome.com
