Ruby M. (Hotchkiss) Campbell

   Ruby M. Campbell, age 92, of Bancroft, passed away peacefully, October 26, 2021 at her home in Bancroft.

   She was born May 23, 1929 in Kellner, Wisconsin the daughter of Walter and Pearl (Ordway) Hotchkiss.  She married Earl W. Campbell on August 3, 1946 in Nekoosa.  He preceded her in death on October 1,2002.

Ruby lived most of her life in the Bancroft area where she enjoyed crocheting, puzzles, adult coloring, spending time with family and friends, and going to weekly breakfast with her breakfast group. She was a member of the Bancroft Baptist Church.

   She is survived by her beloved daughters Karen (Harlan) Nigh Bancroft, WI, and their children Shelly Nigh Palmer and Her children Jimmie, Billie, Nicki; Bobbi (Leon) Sipla and their daughter Toni (Chris) Groenier; Chris (Dawn) Nigh and their Children Kevin, Zac(Hannah) and Elizabeth. Robin Pratt (Greg) Bancroft, WI and their children Jolynn (Randy) Wierzba and their children Hailey and Jacob; Buster (Corrinne) Pratt and their children Lilly, Clarence, Corbin, Emma and Ellie; BJ Pratt(Lorna);  Further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and many special friends.

In addition to her husband, Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, her son (Bill) and granddaughter Jessica Nigh, brothers and sisters.

   Funeral Services will be held on Monday, November 1, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. in the Stahl Funeral Home, Plainfield with the Pastor Jeff Silha officiating. Ruby will be laid to rest next to her husband in the Plainfield Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.
