Sally J. (Sonnenberg) Bandt

   Sally J. Bandt, age 83, of Wautoma, passed away peacefully, Friday morning, May 22, 2020 at Thedacare Hospital in Neenah.

   She was born March 16, 1937 in Westfield, the daughter of Fredrick and Augusta (Zinke) Sonnenberg.  She married Russell D. Bandt Sr. on December 14, 1957 in Adams. He preceded her in death on September 14, 2004.

   Sally was employed for many years as the custodian at the Waushara County Courthouse. She enjoyed going to Flea Markets with her husband Russell. She enjoyed baking, going to rummage sales and craft shows with her daughter and granddaughters. Her greatest enjoyment was attending her grandchildren’s events. 

   She is survived by her children, Russell Bandt Jr., Wautoma, Mark (Tina) Bandt, Schofield, Bobby Bandt, Wautoma, Teresa (Daniel) Meyer, Almond, Bruce (Rita) Bandt, Fort Valley, GA., Frederick (Julie) Bandt, Oshkosh; her grandchildren, John and Jason Bandt, Gaven and Caleb Bandt, Melissa and Meghan Meyer, Kevin and Shelby Bandt, and Haley Bandt; great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

   In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers and sisters.

   Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the Stahl Celebration and Remembrance Center, Wautoma.  Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services at the Center.
