Sharon L. Brown, “Berber” age 75, of Redgranite, passed away Wednesday morning, February 24, 2021 at Patriot Place in Wautoma.
She was born October 27, 1945 in Winneconne, the daughter of Alvin and Normaleen (Kolitz) Opperman. On November 30, 1963 she married Henry Brown and to this union they had five loving children, Keith, Sherri, Bruce, Travis and Phillip.
Sharon was raised in Winneconne and attended Winneconne schools and later married Henry and moved to rural Redgranite where she attended Trinity Lutheran Church in Redgranite. Sharon will be fondly remembered as a caring and compassionate lady always willing to help others. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Henry Brown, Redgranite; four children, Sherri Brown, Bruce (Kim) Brown, Travis (Jennifer) Brown and Philip (Chastity) Brown; six grandchildren, Leroy, Dennis and Ronald Clark, Brett and Chelsi Brown and Jordan (fiancé, Mercededs Dibelius) Brown; numerous great grandchildren; further survived by three sisters and two brothers, one brother-in-law, seven sisters-in-law and a special niece, Sloane Hadel (China doll); numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many special friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Keith Brown and three sisters, one brother and three brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law and a nephew.
Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at 12:00 noon in the Trinity Lutheran Church, Redgranite (330 Foster Road). Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. Wednesday until the time of services at the church. Sharon’s favorite color was purple, please wear something purple in memory of Sharon.
